Dinky Media worked closely with the Ministry of Education to socialise the two summits to ensure that the conversation inside was being shared outside of the room via the hashtag #EdConvo18. To bring the outside in, a live tweet wall was displayed on the central screen at both summits for invitees to view and respond to. It is so important to have as many people involved in a national conversation that will shape the future of education in New Zealand for the next 30 years or more and we didn't want to limit this to the 800 invited guests at each venue.
Over the two summits in Christchurch and Auckland, we reached 1.1 million people on Twitter alone with 6.3 million impressions. It was an absolute honour to be involved in such an important event that will shape the future of New Zealand education.
